Shipping and Returns


 We offer free Standard Shipping worldwide. It is a full track and trace service and requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery estimated time depends on your location. 

We also offer International Priority shipping with FedEx for a fixed 15€ addional charge.

Returns and Exchanges

All our items are made to order, however we understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. For this reason we accept returns and exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange an item you may do so for up to 7 days after receiving it. Please send us an e-mail at and we'll send you the instructions.

Please note that items that are returned must be unworn or unused and must be sent in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used. Once we receive your returned items we'll inspect it and notify you of the next steps.

Exchanges carry an additional charge for shipping, based on your location.


How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Depending on your bank it may take up to 10 business days after the refund has been processed.

What if I order the wrong size?

Oops, it can happen to the best of us. Please let us know within 7 days upon receiving the item and we'll exchange it free of charge.

What if my item breaks?

We pride ourselves in the quality of jewellery we offer so we provide a 1 year guarantee on all our products. If your item breaks, reach out to us and we will fix it free of charge. Please note this doesn't cover regular wear and tear or loss of items once they've been declared delivered.
